Delete your account
In the app, open Settings > Delete my account. Your account and its data are deleted. You can also ask by email from the address of your account.
Subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel yours in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
